Local "Chill Zone"

One local library is making sure kids are safe after school, by hosting fun-filled activities this fall.

Bluffton Public Library held a free chill zone after school ended today, with kids flocking to its facility.

The program that runs every Tuesday afternoon allows for kids grades 6th and up to have a safe place to be as well as get plugged into the library.

The 3 hour program lets teens and tweens to snack, talk, watch movies, and make crafts in a safe environment, but it also sums up what the library is all about.

Hermiller went on to say that the library has numerous fun and free events running this fall semester and encourages any parent to stop by and inquire.
