ALLEN COUNTY (WLIO) - An Allen County man who was indicted on multiple counts including rape has been found guilty in court.
33-year-old Matthew Brown was found guilty on all counts in his case, which included nine counts of rape, seven counts of sexual battery, two counts of gross sexual imposition, and one count of attempted rape.
According to an indictment, Brown had sexual contact with a child that was 12 years old at the time of the offense in 2020. A sentencing date has been set for August 29, 2022.
