LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The temperatures are dropping, and people need a place to stay warm.
Our Daily Bread is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and offer coffee and hot meals to anyone who enters.
These cold months can be hard for those who don't have a consistent place to keep warm and out of the harsh conditions. The local soup kitchen, Our Daily Bread, will have their regular hours throughout the cold stretch upon us. They are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and offer coffee and hot meals to anyone who enters. They also have winter clothing items if you need something to stay warm.
"We've been doing that all winter long. Coats, hats, gloves, and blankets for some people when we have them. We're getting low on the bigger-sized coats and men's gloves right now. So if anybody has any to donate, that would be nice, but we're good on hats, scarves, and all that good stuff," said Randy Kimpel, director of Our Daily Bread.
