The Lima man charged in the June 24th murder of Joshua Davenport was in court once again on Monday. Randell Howard Jr. is charged with aggravated murder in the June shooting death of Joshua Davenport.
In court on Monday for a pre-trial hearing, Howard once again waived his right to a speedy trial. His waiver is the third once Howard and his attorney have entered since Howard was arrested. The continuance pushes his pre-trial hearing from February 25th to March 20th, and the start of his trial to April 22nd.
