July 3, 2024, Press Release from Downtown Lima, Inc.: Downtown Lima, Inc. welcomes its new Executive Director, Cricket Rodriguez. Rodriguez started the position July 1 and follows Betsy Billingsley, who recently accepted the position of Executive Director for Visit Greater Lima.
Rodriguez comes to Downtown Lima, Inc. with 15 years of experience in management, leadership, and organization. Most recently she served as the executive assistant of Midwest Guardian, overseeing daily operations and payroll. Prior, she was a national account representative for Celina Moving and Storage, concurrently managing up to 50 accounts, and for 10 years she was a receiving manager for Tractor Supply Company where she served as the district trainer for new receiving managers and was often honored for her customer service skills and inventory accuracy. Among her former employers, Rodriguez was recognized for her organization, technology and problem-solving skills, as well as her creativity. She is a Spencerville resident and is excited about the growing potential and possibilities for Lima’s downtown.
