ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - The Lima-Allen County Chamber of Commerce was on the road this morning as they host their Great American Sunrise Breakfast at the Allen County Fairgrounds.
Area business leaders hearing from one of their own. Representatives from Rudolph Foods gave a brief history and forecast for the international company. Rudolph is headquartered in Westminster with facilities all around the world. They have been able to adapt over the years to keep up with the changing demands of consumers.
"The market's really going in a healthy, better-for-you direction. With lower sodium and just all-around better for you food. We want to focus mostly on like the keto side like they were saying as well just a better snack food choices," commented Nathen Steffel, quality assurance manager.
Steffel says that business is good and the company is looking at an expansion project in the future here in Allen County.
