The Findlay Police Department says a suspect broke into a home and started firing a gun last night.

Officials say the incident happened just after 11:30 on Wednesday night at a home in the 400 block of Elm Street. They say a person forced their way through the front door and then fired a gun into the home. The suspect then ran away. There were no injuries reported and police say they may have a possible identification of the suspect, but they're not releasing any names at this time. The incident is currently under investigation.
