LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The Civic Center Foundation presented the "Curtain Calliday Holiday" concert featuring The Kaitlyn Schmitt Trio with special guest performers free of charge Wednesday night.
A nice crowd gathered together in front of the Crouse Performance Hall Stage Wednesday evening on a black box setting for some early holiday cheer. They got to enjoy some great music, including some of their Christmas favorites from several musical guests while taking part in the night's festivities. One of those included wearing your best holiday costume for a chance to win tickets for an upcoming Martin Sexton show.
"Last year, we just didn't want it to end so we had an extra fall event and then we were like let's do a Christmas one, and then we came up with "Curtain Calliday." It was so successful and so much fun, and just a light and easy break for the holidays for the people to just come in and enjoy music; and enjoy it on a different setting here on Crouse Hall Stage on a black box setting," added Carmen Cecala-Wells, Director of Development, The Civic Center Foundation.
