The six-person panel discussed the negative impacts that the proposed plan would have on different areas of the U.S. government if it were enacted.

The project was published by the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation as a possible plan to reshape the federal government if conservatives were to take office. The six-person panel discussed the negative impacts that the proposed plan would have on different areas of the U.S. government if it were enacted.

“It would eliminate the department of education. It would eliminate early childhood education. It would do away with many of the civic rights groups at the national level. It would do a way with civil jobs all over the country. So really, it’s a far-reaching draconian plan day one if the far right become in charge of the administration,” says Tom Roberts, President, Ohio Conference of Units for the NAACP.

Former President Donald Trump has said that he knows nothing about the 900-page document. But Democrats are claiming that it would be his playbook in a new administration.
