The trial for the Waynesfield man accused of murdering his wife has been set in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court.
45-year-old Brent Williams is scheduled for a jury trial on April 8th at 8:30 in the morning. Ten days have been set aside for his trial. Williams has a final pre-trial scheduled for February 12th as well.
According to court records, a motion to suppress statements made by Williams has been filed and that hearing is scheduled for December 11th. Williams is alleged to have murdered his wife, 35-year-old Erin Mulcahy on July 8th, 2017. He was indicted a year later on two counts of murder and one count of tampering with evidence which he has pleaded not guilty to.
