Destinee Knittle, 42, Rockford, changed her plea to guilty to an amended charge of Theft, M1. She was then sentenced to 1 year Community Control, 3 days jail with credit for 3 days already served, 30 days jail at a later date, no alcohol or drugs without a prescription, restitution to Walmart (already paid), not to be at Van Wert Walmart, ordered to pay partial appointed counsel fees and court costs.
Travis Haynes, 48, Rockford, changed his plea to guilty to an amended charge of Theft, M1. He was then sentenced to 1 year Community Control, 1 day jail with credit for 1 days already served, 30 days jail at a later date, no alcohol or drugs without a prescription, restitution to Walmart (already paid), not to be at Van Wert Walmart, ordered to pay court costs.
