It was a day of dance at Perry Elementary School on Friday. The A Step Above dance studio approached the school about an assembly to teach students about why we dance and different dance styles. Fresh N Faded and Team Outreach Lima saw a great turnout at their latest event for people with disabilities. The free event had bingo, karaoke and dancing, and food and drinks for community members with disabilities. Thanks to sponsors, there were plenty of prizes to be given away too. The event is just one of many that Team Outreach Lima hosts for those of different abilities, like their Ohio State Michigan Tailgate in the fall. Over 80 people came out, and all had a fun time.
