BLUFFTON, Ohio (WLIO) — The Bluffton Pirates kept their winning streak alive against Benjamin Logan, but this time it wasn’t easy.
The Raiders struck first as quarterback Wyatt Predmore connected with Cayden Brown on a 30-yard touchdown pass to put Ben Logan up 7-0.
Bluffton answered quickly. Despite a botched snap, Tayte Giesige found Blayne Hill on the sideline for the game-tying score.
Benjamin Logan responded on the ensuing kickoff, with Carter Buck breaking tackles and setting up a short field. That led to an Alex Hassel touchdown run to give the Raiders a 14-7 lead.
But the Pirates stormed back behind a balanced offensive attack, pulling away late to secure a 33-30 victory. Bluffton has now won three straight meetings against the Raiders.
