Local guys and girls earn All-Ohio soccer honors across multiple divisions

WLIO — A strong group of local athletes earned All-Ohio recognition as the statewide girls and boys soccer teams were announced.
In Division I girls, Findlay’s Olivia Gayhart was the area’s lone selection.
Division III honorees included Elida’s Lexi Good and Celina’s Colbie Kinney.
Division IV featured Ottawa-Glandorf’s Savannah Recker, St. Marys’ Kendal Davis and Liberty-Benton’s Kylie Modd.
Division V girls selections included Bluffton’s Aubrey Burkholder, Columbus Grove’s Ruth Meyer, Miller City’s Danica Ehlers, Continental’s Makenzie Shock, Botkins’ Addison Blindauer and Van Buren’s Kami Bowman.
On the boys side, Findlay’s David Roberts represented the area in Division I.
Division III recognition went to Celina’s Nelson Chapman.
In Division IV, Liberty-Benton teammates Jairo Colina and Aiden Hatch earned spots, along with Indian Lake’s Avery Pequignot and Benjamin Logan’s Aidan Todd.
Division V boys selections were highlighted by Putnam County League players Rhettik Bowers, Ty Horstman and Welsey Tobe, with Botkins’ Memphis Meyer also earning All-Ohio honors.
