WAPAKONETA, Ohio (WLIO) — Wapakoneta’s dominant run through the Western Buckeye League produced another signature moment in Week 9, earning the Redskins this week’s K&M Contracting Play of the Week honors.
With Wapak leading 7–0 in the first quarter against Elida, quarterback Caleb Moyer scanned the field and launched a deep strike toward Ohio commit Kaden Page. Page extended fully and made a fingertip catch in stride, securing the ball and racing 54 yards into the end zone for a highlight-reel touchdown.
The connection helped power Wapakoneta to a 41–10 victory, clinching at least a share of their seventh straight WBL title. The Redskins can secure the outright conference championship with a win over Bath in Week 10.
Congratulations to quarterback Caleb Moyer and wide receiver Kaden Page on earning this week’s Play of the Week.
