We're getting into Santa Clause's busiest time of the year and some locals found a unique way to keep up with him. More than 40 people participated in the CA Group and Briarwood Village's first ever Santa Scurry 5K.
The runners dressed in their Santa clause hats and festive gear ran the three plus miles around north elm and butler streets. And at the end the top runners in their age categories were awarded medals. The money raised from this event will go towards the ca group's community engagement program which helps people with development disabilities get out and explore the community.
