Julie Shellhammer, Allen County Dog Warden, said, “Well, it’s a state law that you have to have your dog license. So that’s pretty much the only requirement. They have to live in the city of Lima and have a dog license. And they could come in, they need a vet appointment already made, come in and just give us the dates and the address, and we’ll get you get them a voucher.”
