VAN WERT, Ohio (WLIO) – A Michigan man is facing rape and other charges stemming from incidents that allegedly occurred more than 20 years ago.
David Lowe, 54, was indicted by a Van Wert County grand jury on rape, gross sexual imposition and sexual battery charges. Lowe pleaded not guilty to the charges during his arraignment this week. According to the indictment, there were two victims under 13 years old and the incidents happened between January 2003 and December 2007. Lowe is being held in the Van Wert County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
