The heat wave is finally over! Much cooler temperatures return to the area today, as highs will be only in the lower 80s. While most of the day will be partly to mostly sunny, popup showers and thunderstorms are likely to develop this evening. Not everyone will get one of them, but be ready in case one decides to wander over your area tonight. Tomorrow looks delightful with highs in the mid 80s and partly sunny skies. Much of the next week looks to feature near normal temperatures, but there are a handful of storm threats as well. Find out when you could hear some thunder in the forecast!
