Native plant sale highlights benefits of pollinator-friendly landscaping in Allen County

The Allen Soil and Water Conservation District hosted its first Native Plant and Rain Barrel Sale to encourage residents to incorporate environmentally beneficial plants and practices into their landscapes. Organizers said native plants support local wildlife and pollinators while rain barrels help conserve water and manage stormwater runoff.
