BLUFFTON, OH (WLIO) - A Bluffton man was sentenced to 16 years in prison for having sexual contact with a young child.
66-year-old Jeffrey Ludwig pleaded guilty to rape and three counts of gross sexual imposition. The rest of the charges he was facing were dropped. According to the indictment, the charges stem from incidents that happened between August 2010 and November 2015 when the victim was between 4 and 9 years old. Ludwig was also classified as a tier three sex offender and will have to register where he lives for the rest of his life.
