An Allen County teen has waived his right to a jury in his upcoming trial.
Juan Freeman II is facing charges in two cases, totaling three counts of Aggravated Robbery with a firearm specification.
Freeman is accused of robbing Little Caesar's Pizza and Hermie's Party Shop back in January of 2020.
Freeman appeared in Allen County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday where he waived his right to a jury. His trial is scheduled to begin Monday April 26th at 9:00AM at the Allen County Court of Common Pleas.
