LIMA, OH (WLIO) - They followed that with a presentation from three of their docents on the inner workings and restoration of "Noah's Ark" by James Grosjean. To round out the day, the temporary exhibition, "Curious by Nature," showing works of Charley and Edie Harper, opened. Overall it was a great start to a year they are excited for.
"We're looking forward to our continued growth and expand a lot of what we're doing. The temporary exhibitions that we've installed have really brought in multiple visits. That's one of the things we want, for people to come back more than once. We've also started to draw people from out of town, which helps tourism in the area, and that's really exciting," said Christine Fowler Shearer, director of the Allen County Museum.
The "Curious by Nature" exhibit will be open until April 20th.
