LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - Area car enthusiasts enjoyed a car show and chicken wings while supporting a good cause.

Car and Bike Night returned one last time this season at Wings and Rings in Lima. Plenty of vehicles were on display, ranging from sports and muscle cars to historic and vintage models. In addition to live music and a 50-50 raffle, guests were able to make donations to the West Ohio Food Bank. Wings and Rings also donated 15% of the night’s food sales to the food bank. These contributions help the organization address food insecurity in the region.

“Every dollar that we are able to get donated to us, we can provide up to 6 meals, so when these events happen, even if it's 1 dollar or a thousand dollars, it really can stretch far,” says Tommie Harner, CEO, West Ohio Food Bank.

Harner said the food bank will likely surpass the donations collected this year compared with last year.
