LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - The annual Kiwanis Chicken and Ham Barbecue returned for another year, drawing strong support from the community.

The meal options included either a half-chicken or a generous slice of ham, along with a baked potato, applesauce, a roll, and a Little Debbie dessert. Organizers sold around 600 presale tickets and aimed to sell an additional 200 through same-day carry-out orders, bringing the total to approximately 800 dinners. Proceeds from the event will benefit organizations that primarily serve children.
