January 28, 2025, Press Release from the Lima Municipal Court Civil Clerk’s Office: Lima Municipal Court Civil Clerk’s Office will be closed to the public on Monday, February 3, 2025 from 12:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. and Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for staff training. The remainder of the court will be open our regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Additionally, the Courthouse will be closed to the public on Friday, March 7, 2025.
These closures are part of the implementation of new case management software which the court has been working on for the past few years.
The Court’s purpose is to serve the community and part of the service is to minimize interruptions of operations while maintaining the health and safety of the citizens and employees. The closures will not unnecessarily delay any court proceedings.
