ST. MARYS, OH (WLIO) - An Auglaize County art gallery will be closing its doors in just under two weeks.
Arts Place has announced that the St. Marys location will be closing down on January 15th. Arts Place took over the gallery nearly 20 years ago and has been at its current location since 2016. While the physical branch will no longer be open, Arts Place will continue working with local organizations for the annual Lake Area Literature Festival in April, and will still be assisting the local government to secure grants promoting the arts.
January 3, 2024 Press Release from Arts Place: Arts Place will be closing the Auglaize/Mercer Center located at 207 East Spring Street, St. Marys Ohio on January 15th 2024.
