Auglaize teen charged with vehicular homicide

An Auglaize teen has been indicted for vehicular homicide for driving the vehicle that crashed and killed a 16 year old Buckland resident.

According to court records, Garret Hale has been charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and tampering with evidence, all are felony offenses. Two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated which are misdemeanor charges. On November 8th, Hale was driving a pickup truck when it wrecked. 16 year old Noah Webber was killed in the accident, and another passenger was injured.

According to a crash report from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Hale and Webber were huffing aerosols before the crash. Hale pleaded not guilty to the charges.
