WAPAKONETA, Ohio (WLIO) — A Lima woman was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison for a road rage incident on Interstate 75 near Wapakoneta that left one person dead.

Bailey Luckett, 25, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide for the I-75 crash in October that killed David Shutt, 44, of Lima. As part of a plea agreement, charges of reckless homicide and failure to stop after an accident were dropped. State troopers said Luckett was driving her car in the northbound lane ahead of a semi when she allegedly stopped on the interstate and got out to confront the truck driver. Shutt failed to stop in time and struck the back of the semi, killing him. Luckett fled the scene and was later taken into custody by troopers.
