AUGLAIZE COUNTY, Ohio (WLIO) - Three people who pleaded guilty to 2022 murder are handed down more indictments from Auglaize County as part of a continued investigation.
Auglaize County sheriff Michael Vorhees and county prosecutor Ben Elder announce that the Auglaize County Grand Jury have indicted Amanda Hovanec one count of aggravated murder and one count of tampering with evidence, and Anthony Theodoru and Anita Green with one count each of complicity to aggravated murder and tampering with evidence.
All three pleaded guilty in federal court for the death of Timothy Hovanec, Amanda's estranged husband, back in April of 2022. Dash cam from inside Timothy's car revealed that he had been attacked inside the car by Amanda, who used a syringe containing drugs that she had received from Theodorou.
All three are currently serving time and will be returned to Auglaize County to answer to these new charges.

Auglaize County Sheriff Michael Vorhees and Auglaize County Prosecutor Ben Elder announce the Indictments of Amanda L. Hovanec, Anthony A. Theodoru and Anita M. Green. These Indictments stem from the continued investigation and prosecution into the death of Timothy S. Hovanec (36yoa) That investigation started back on April 26th, 2022.
As a result of the Investigation, Hovanec, Theodoru and Green were charged and found guilty of the following Federal charges:
Amanda L. Hovanec - 38 yoa - Distribution of a Controlled Substance causing the death of another. She is currently serving a 40 year sentence in Alabama.
Anthony A. Theodoru - 37 yoa - Distribution of a Controlled Substance causing the death of another. He is currently serving a 17 year sentence in Louisiana.
Anita M. Green - 65 yoa - Accessory After the Fact. She is currently serving a 10 year sentence in Alabama.
The Auglaize County Grand Jury Indictments are as follows:

1 Count Complicity to Aggravated Murder
1 Count Complicity to Tamper with Evidence

All 3 will be transported back to Auglaize County to answer to these charges.
