Press Release from Tamera Rooney of Awakening Minds Art
(Findlay, OH) Awakening Minds Art’s board of directors has named Dr. Tony Morman as their new president. Morman has been on the Awakening Minds Art board for four years and most recently served as the annual campaign co-chair. He owns Morman Family Chiropractic and works with children with sensory needs and their families.
“As Awakening Minds Art enters its 11th year of operation, I’m excited to see continued growth in not only the services we provide but in our activities as a board,” said Morman.
The board also appointed Tamera Rooney as secretary and chair of the governance committee. Rooney has been involved with the organization as a volunteer and as a board member since its inception in 2009.
Along with naming the new officers, the board said farewell to long-term board members Kendran Gattuso and Crystal Rinker. The board is currently recruiting additional board members. If interested in submitting an application for consideration, contact Rooney at art@tamerarooney.com.
