June 20, 2025, Press Release from the Delphos Police Department:

On 6-8-2025 officers were sent to the 500 block of S. Franklin St, for a loud music complaint.

On 6-8-2025 officers spoke with a female in the 400 block of S. Canal, who reported that a male broke into her residence. Officers determined that the male lived at this address and had not been evicted. The female was advised of the eviction process.

On 6-8-2025 officers were dispatched to the 700 block of W. Clime St, for an altercation. During the investigation of the altercation, officers found probable cause to arrest a female, 62-year-old Carla Suever, of Lakeview, for causing or attempting to cause physical harm to a family member.

On 6-8-2025 officers met with a female who reported that her juvenile son was assaulted by other juveniles who were bullying him.

On 6-9-2025 officers were requested to perform a well being check on a female in the 1000 block of Lima. Ave. The female’s mother stated that she could not make contact with her.

On 6-9-2025 officers responded to the 300 block of W. 5th St, for a report of a small child found wandering by himself unattended.

On 6-10-2025 a male called the police department to report being followed by another vehicle. Officers searched for the other vehicle, but it could not be located.

On 6-10-2025 officers were sent to the 1800 block of E. 5th St. Employees at a business in that area reported that a male customer became angry and was being verbally abusive.

On 6-11-2025 officers met with a female in the 100 block of W. 2nd St, that reported damage done to her door. The female told officers that her landlord was coming into her residence without proper notice and damaged the door after she installed a secondary lock.

On 6-11-2025 officers were sent to a business in the 1800 block of E. 5th St, for an altercation. Officers arrived and found that a couple was performing a child custody exchange when they got into a verbal altercation.

On 6-11-2025 an officer on patrol observed a male in the area of Superior and W. Clime streets. Officers knew the male to be 27-year-old Nathaniel Owens, of Delphos, and knew that he had an active warrant for his arrest. Owens was taken into custody and transported to jail.

On 6-12-2025 officers were sent to a business in the 1800 block of E. 5th St, for a male customer creating a disturbance.

On 6-12-2025 officers were sent to the 700 block of W. Clime St, for a report of an unwanted guest.

On 6-13-2025 officers were sent to the 100 block of N. Main St, to investigate a minor two car accident.

On 6-13-2025 officers were notified of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the Carolyn Dr,/Krieft St, area. Officers located the male who stated he was with an internet company attempting to find and repair an outage.

On 6-13-2025 officers spoke with a female in the 700 block of W. Clime St, who wished to report a Theft. Officers spoke with the female who stated that she saw another female, who was visiting, walk out of the residence with items in a bag. The female did not know what items were taken.

On 6-14-2025 officers were made aware of an active warrant for a female, 47-year-old Amanda Slager, of Delphos. Officers located Slager and took her into custody.

On 6-14-2025 officers were sent to the 1000 block of Lima Ave, for a loud music complaint.
