Crystal Kindle sentenced to 64 years in prison

A Lima woman who faced human trafficking charges has been sentenced to 64 years in prison.

39-year-old Crystal Kindle faced 16 counts including illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and trafficking persons for commercial sex acts. Of her 16 counts, 13 of them carry a mandatory prison sentence. In February, Kindle took a plea deal dropping 29 other charges and entering a guilty plea on the remaining 16.

The prosecution said the charges come after a long investigation assisted by the FBI that found Kindle allowed Ronald Payne to perform sexual acts with her daughter for money. Payne was sentenced to 30 years in prison in December, for sex crimes involving minors.
