0601 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on West South Street in the Village of Middle Point for a subject who fell.
0828 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy to check an open line 911 call.
1020 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Liberty Union Road in Pleasant Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Unit One was south bound on Liberty Union Road. Unit Two was north bound on Liberty Union Road. Unit One was on the center line with its box of the vehicle and the left driver side mirrors of both vehicles collided. No injuries were reported.
1045 hrs. – Dispatched Willshire Fire, Wren Fire, and Ohio City Fire to a report of a barn fire on U.S. Route 33 in Mercer County.
1208 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy to check an abandoned 911 call.
1340 hrs. – Deputies assisted with a Funeral Escort from the City of Van Wert to Woodlawn Cemetery in Liberty Township.
1511 hrs. – Deputies along with Ohio City and Van Wert EMS responded to a residence on East Carmean Street in the Village of Ohio City for a report of a subject not breathing.
1519 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Towne Center Boulevard in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1601 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a location on Towne Center Boulevard in the City of Van Wert for a subject who was ill.
1709 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of John Brown Road in Pleasant Township to check the area for a stolen vehicle taken from the City of Van Wert.
1803 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Middle Point Road in Washington Township for a complaint of an odor.
1835 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Fox Road in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1929 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.
2004 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a location on Towne Center Boulevard in the City of Van Wert for a subject who fell.
2046 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Wetzel Road in Jackson Township for a report of domestic violence.
2335 hrs. – Dispatched Wren EMS to a residence on Harrison Willshire Road in Willshire Township for a subject with chest pain.

0409 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a subject with abdominal pain.
0632 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Towne Center Boulevard in the City of Van Wert to assist the Van Wert Police.
0721 hrs. – Dispatched Delphos EMS to a residence on Jennings Delphos Road in Washington Township for a subject with chest pain.
0753 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a commercial alarm.
0819 hrs. – Deputies along with Middle Point Fire and EMS responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on State Route 697 in Ridge Township. The incident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
0915 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Old Tile Factory Road in Pleasant Township for a subject having an anxiety attack.
1404 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township to check the welfare of animals.
1642 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject having a diabetic emergency.
1936 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Tully Township for a subject with chest pain.
2306 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a subject hallucinating.

0357 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Old Tile Factory Road in Pleasant Township for a suspicious vehicle.
0425 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Van Wert Willshire Road in Pleasant Township to assist a disabled motorist.
0943 hrs. – Deputies along with Ohio City EMS responded to a residence on South Main Street in the Village of Ohio City for a report of a deceased subject. The Van Wert County Coroner’s Office responded to the scene. No foul play is suspected.
1210 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Pearson Road in Pleasant Township for a complaint of items being dumped.
1449 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Bebb Street in the Village of Venedocia to check the welfare of a dog.
1524 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on North Chestnut Street in the Village of Middle Point for a stray dog.
1530 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Ridge Township for a complaint of reckless driving.
1547 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Wetzel Road in Jackson Township for a report of a loose dog.
1654 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of State Road in Washington Township to check the welfare of a subject walking.
1717 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Liberty Township for a report of a disabled vehicle in the roadway.
