A former local band director has pleaded not guilty to all eight charges that he is facing involving naked pictures of a teenage boy.
During his arraignment, 69-year-old Dennis Dellifield pleaded not guilty to four felony counts of attempted pandering obscenity involving a minor, two felony counts of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material, and two misdemeanor counts of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented performance.
An investigation was started in the spring of 2017 by the Ada Police Department after a 16-year-old boy and his parents approached the police department saying that Dellifield requested photos of the boy's genitalia and sent the teen letters. Hardin County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Barrett set bond at $50,000 and a trial date for November of 2017.
Dellifield served as band director at Allen East and part time director for Arlington School District.
