The Delphos Chamber of Commerce invited businesses to learn more about tax reform Thursday afternoon.
The talk was part of the Chamber's Lunch and Learn series, and featured Steve Hellman with Hellman Nomina CPA discussing different parts of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, and some of the changes that businesses will see with the new act. Even though business owners were part of the focus of the talk, Hellman says learning more about how you're affected by the reform is something that people should consider.
"This is very important to everybody - because everybody’s taxes are going to change, more so on the business side than on a personal side, so that’s why this is kind of directed toward the business members of the Chamber," said Hellman, owner of Hellman Nomina CPA.
This is the first Lunch and Learn event that the Chamber has held for 2018.
