The Delphos man accused of harming a 2-month-old child made his first appearance in court this afternoon(11/1/19).
18-year-old Anthony Denoyer appeared in Lima Municipal Court and is being held on a count of felonious assault. His bond was set at $300,000. Denoyer is suspected to have caused life-threatening injuries to his 2-month-old child. The child's injuries were reported on Tuesday after arriving at Mercy Health. The child has since gone through surgery at Nationwide Hospital in Columbus and is in critical condition with multiple fractures. Denoyer will have a preliminary hearing next Wednesday.
