New information coming in tonight(10/31/19), connected to a Delphos child abuse investigation. Police in Delphos have identified 18-year-old Anthony J. Denoyer of Delphos, as the suspect connected to life-threatening injuries to a 2-month-old child. Denoyer is being held in the Allen County Jail on a charge of felonious assault.
The injuries to the toddler were reported this Tuesday after the child was taken to St. Rita's. The child was transferred to the children's hospital in Columbus in critical condition. The case will be forwarded to an Allen County grand jury when the investigation is completed.
