July 10, 2024, Press Release from Flag City Honor Flight: Findlay, OH — July 9, 2024 — Findlay Elks Lodge #75 has been pivotal in the establishment of the Flag City Honor Flight hub, contributing to its formation alongside community members. This Saturday, July 13, from 5:30 to 10 PM, the Lodge will host a Reunion Band Concert/Dance at 900 W. Melrose Ave., Findlay. Proceeds will benefit Flag City Honor Flight, supporting Veterans with trips of a lifetime. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs for an evening of music and community support.
Flag City Honor Flight Mission: We believe that WWII, Korean and Vietnam War Era Veterans should have the opportunity to visit the memorials in Washington D.C. that honor their military service and the sacrifices they made for America’s freedom. We make these visits possible.

World War II, Korea, and Vietnam War Veterans living in Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. If Veterans have already applied, there is no need to reapply.
We encourage Veterans from other eras to go on flights as Guardians. All applications can be found on flagcityhonorflight.org.
