Fresh of the presses, the League of Women Voters Voting Guide is available now.
This publication that comes out twice a year is a nonpartisan publication that informs the public of all the candidates running for office. Questions are sent to each candidate and then published just as how they are answered. Included are also state and local issues on the upcoming ballot. The league has put out this guide for countless decades and you can find a physical copy at local libraries, government offices or at the various businesses that sponsor the publication.
"I think they find it because they want to compare what the candidates are saying, it's a good source of information," Linda Morrow said, chairperson for the Lima area League of Women Voters. "It is nonpartisan they can see what all the viewpoints are. They are taking it into the voting booth with them."
Voters can also go online to vote411.org and see the candidates in their specific voting area.
