ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - 42-year-old Connie Carter Jr. has been found competent to stand trial for rape in Allen County Common Pleas Court.
Carter was arrested last May on a first-degree felony charge and has had two mental evaluations since then. His trial has been set for next month.
