In person ONLY - Late Christmas Sign-ups will be held one day only, October 29 from 9 – 12 and 1 – 3pm at The Salvation Army, located at 614 E. Market St. directly across the street from Lima Senior.
This is the FINAL time to apply!
You must live Allen County to apply and bring the following items to complete your application:
Photo ID for adults
Birth certificate for youth
Social Security Card for everyone in the household
Proof of address (piece of mail with current address)
Proof of income for last 30 days
List of bill/expenses for the month
Don’t miss this final opportunity to sign up for Christmas assistance which includes food for all families and toys for children 12 and younger.
