Lima business owners as well as aspiring owners attended a seminar to learn more about funding and resource options for their business.
The Small Business Administration held the informational session in order to share the different types of ways that small businesses can be helped through financing and resources.
"There is assistance for you," said Jerome W. Jones, an SBA lender. "Not just through the money, but through our resource partner with small business development center. They can help make sure that when you seek financing that you're ready, also to take you through the next stage. And everyone thinks about business planning to get money, business planning through all the stages of development for your small business."
The seminar was held at the Rhodes State College Borra Center in Downtown Lima.
