A former instructor of the Wapakoneta High School Drumline has pleaded guilty to several counts of sexual battery.
27-year-old Broc Hottle appeared in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court Friday afternoon and pleaded guilty to five of the 34 counts of sexual battery that he has been charged with. The indictment says that the offenses happened between August 2012 to October 2013. Hottle could face a suggested 15 years in prison and will have to register as a tier-three sex offender.
A sentencing date has been set for October 4th following a pre-sentencing investigation.
