"When we give people employment opportunities at a sustainable wage, it allows for them to take care of themselves but to also take care of their families. Through all of that, we know that it will improve the community conditions here, particularly underserved communities, by helping people become economically self-sufficient," said Perry Gregory, National Center for Urban Solutions.
