Due to construction on a downtown Lima building, drivers will see a detour and need to avoid the area.
The 100 block of West North Street, which is between Main Street and Elizabeth Street, will be closed to through traffic. Work began Tuesday on the Ohio Theatre facade. The city's design review board recently approved plans that will remove two of the arched pieces and make renovations to the front of the building.
North Street and the sidewalk will be closed during hours of construction, which is expected to be finished by Tuesday, February 7th.
