Allen County: Construction Update
Interstate 75 guardrail upgrade: Interstate 75 in both directions between Napoleon Road and State Route 235 will have overnight lane closures Thursday, June 27 into Friday morning for guardrail upgrades.
U.S. 30 pavement repair: U.S. 30 between Interstate 75 and State Route 235 is restricted to one lane for concrete pavement repairs. Work on the right, driving lanes is nearly complete and expected to reopen by July 1. The left, passing lanes will close Monday, July 8.

RAMP CLOSURE
- State Route 235 westbound entrance ramp will close on Monday, June 17 for approximately seven days.

U.S. 30 at Defiance Trail: Permanent Access changes at U.S. 30 and Defiance Trail began June 30 which limit intersection movements to right-in and right-out. The median is barreled off and the pavement will be removed soon.
State Route 65 utility work: State Route 65 between Lutz Road and State Road is restricted to one lane through the end of June for gas line replacement on both sides of the highway.
State Route 65 berm repair: State Route 65 between the village of Cairo and the Putnam County line will be restricted to one lane through June 21 for berm repair operations
State Route 81 berm repair: State Route 81 between the Van Wert County line and the northern leg of State Route 66 will be restricted to one lane through June 21 for berm repair operations.

State Route 117/State Route 309 traffic signal: Traffic signal work may impact traffic at the intersection of Bellefontaine Avenue, Kibby Street, Leonard, and Harding Highway in the city of Lima. Lanes may close and flaggers may be necessary.
State Route 309 resurfacing: State Route 309 between U.S. 30 and the village of Elida will be restricted to one lane for micro-resurfacing.

Defiance County: Construction Update
U.S. 24 pavement rehabilitation: The project will crack and seat the concrete pavement and resurface with asphalt on U.S. 24 in both directions between U.S. 127 and Baltimore Street. will be resurfaced. Work began in May 2024 and will continue through Sept. 2025.

- U.S. 24 westbound is currently restricted to the right, driving lane.
- U.S. 24 eastbound will be restricted to the left, passing lane with a max width of 11.5 feet beginning Monday, June 17.
- CR 115 is closed to through traffic; only right turns are permitted (right-in and right-out).
- U.S. 24 eastbound U.S. 127 ramps will close June 17 for approximately 30 days (see detour map).
- Entrance ramp detour: U.S. 24 west to SR 49 to U.S. 24 east (once the pavement repair is completed, this ramp will remain close for a 90-day slope repair).
- Exit ramp detour: U.S. 24 east to Baltimore St. to U.S. 24 west, back to U.S. 127
U.S. 24 slope repair: The westbound right lane is closed just west of High Street/Switzer Road overpass for a slope stabilization project for approximately 60 days.

U.S. 127 bridge replacement: The bridge over the Maumee River, south of the village of Sherwood, opened to traffic on May 17 following a full replacement. Work will continue off the highway; please be alert for construction activities through the area.
U.S. 127 resurfacing: U.S. 127 in Sherwood between the northern corp. limit and the railroad crossing may be restricted to one lane for striping and finish work following resurfacing.

Hancock County: Construction Update

Interstate 75 guardrail upgrade: Interstate 75 in both directions between Napoleon Road and State Route 235 will have night-time temporary lane closures for guardrail upgrades. Work will switch to daytime lane closures for the week of June 24.
Interstate 75 and County Road 99 interchange corridor improvement project: The project will reconstruct the interchange with a diverging diamond design and upgrade the County Road 99 corridor between Technology Drive and North Main Street.

- I-75, in both directions, the left lane is closed for bridge pier construction.
- N. Main Street at CR 99: The north leg of the intersection closed on June 10 to upgrade storm drainage. The closure has been extended due to utility conflicts. Reopening is expected on June 21 or June 22.
- Detour: CR 99 to CR 18 to CR 215, back to Main St. (see map)
- CR 99 westbound, the right lane between at N. Main St. is closed and traffic is shifted south to install drainage through the intersection along the northside of the roadway.
- Beginning Monday, June 24:
- Traffic on CR 99 between Technology Dr. and N. Main St. will be shifted to the north side of the roadway.
- Traffic on ramps on the southside of the highway (northbound exit and southbound entrance) will be restricted with concrete barrier wall.
- I-75 northbound exit ramp will close on Monday, June 24, for approximately three days.
- Detour: I-75 north to SR 613 to I-75 south, back to CR 99 (see map).

Putnam County: Construction Update
U.S. 224 between County Road 14 and County Road L will close on Monday, July 8, for approximately 19 days to replace three culverts.

State Route 189 culvert replacement: State Route 189 between Road 22-S and County Highway S on the east side of the village of Fort Jennings will close Monday, June 24, for approximately five days for a culvert replacement.

State Route 613 curb and sewer: Main Street in the village of Leipsic and West Leipsic is closed for curb replacement and sewer repairs.

State Route 634 culvert replacement: State Route 634 between Road 6 and Road M, approximately one mile south of the village of Cloverdale is open following a closure for a culvert replacement.
Van Wert County: Construction Update
U.S. 30 rest area reconstruction: The U.S. 30 rest areas between State Route 49 and U.S. 127 in Van Wert County closed on Jan. 11 for approximately one year for complete reconstruction of the buildings.

U.S. 30 bridge repair: Converse Roselm Road and Stripe Road over U.S. 30 are closed until further notice as a safety precaution due to a bridge strike caused by an over-height vehicle.

State Route 81 reconstruction: State Route 81 between Willshire Eastern Road and Harrison Willshire Road, just east of the village of Willshire closed on May 6 for approximately 150 days to raise the roadway profile and replace two culverts. Access for local traffic to all properties will be maintained throughout construction.
