"Right now it's an employee's market. So a lot of employers have stepped up their game, we've seen wages press upwards. But even with that, there's just so many opportunities right now a lot of people are looking at the market. Also if you're in a career looking to maybe upgrade to the next career, you can be on their radar and they'll look at what you're after and only call you on that type of opportunities," said Joe Patton, executive director of Ohio Means Jobs Allen County.
