COLDWATER, Ohio (WLIO) - Authorities are investigating the overnight theft of over 60 calves.
In rural Coldwater, 64 calves were stolen from a farm facility called Selhorst Farms on behalf of Gaerke Brother Farms. According to a social media post from those involved, the calves were 13-week-old and freshly weaned. They were taken some time between 10 PM and 6 AM on May 2nd to 3rd.
Law enforcement has opened an investigation, but no suspect details have been released. Farmers in the region should remain alert for any calves that match the description.
