COLUMBUS GROVE, Ohio (WLIO) — St. Anthony Parish in Columbus Grove is preparing to welcome the community this weekend for its annual parish festival.

The event begins Saturday and runs through the weekend. It’s one of the parish’s largest fundraisers of the year, drawing crowds from across the area. The church grounds will feature food, games, raffles, and a concert Saturday night by Exploit Deluxe.

St Anthony Parish gearing up for annual festival

“Saturday night, from 7 to 11, we have Exploit Deluxe, which is the full band,” said Father David Ritchie. “We're having hamburgers and fries and all that good stuff for that night. We tell people to bring a comfortable chair so you don't have to sit on the metal ones. But it should draw a number of people.”

On Sunday, the church will offer carry-out pork chops and beef dinners. There is no cost to attend, but food and drinks will be available for purchase to support the parish.
